Subscription Policy

1. Scope and agreement
This Subscription Policy applies to recurring TestPersonalityQuiz memberships sold by OptiScale LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service. At checkout, the offer and the disclosures shown next to the consent boxes control if they conflict with a general example in this policy.
2. Introductory access
The introductory period is paid unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Before purchase, we show the amount charged today, the length of introductory access, the recurring price, currency, billing interval, and when the first renewal is expected. Introductory access is generally limited to one offer per customer, payment method, or household, and we may deny repeat or abusive use.
3. Express recurring authorization
A subscription is not submitted from our membership pricing page until you separately authorize the initial charge and automatic recurring charges, and separately accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Subscription Policy. Boxes are unchecked by default. Your authorization continues until you cancel.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless canceled before the first renewal time shown at checkout, the subscription automatically renews at the displayed recurring price and interval. Renewal dates may shift slightly because of payment processing, time zones, month length, failed payments, or changes you request. Applicable taxes may be added.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel online through Subscription management in your account or by contacting support@testpersonalityquiz.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period. You retain access through that period unless access must be suspended for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or legal reasons.
6. Refunds
Canceling does not itself refund a completed initial or renewal charge. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Except where required by law or expressly approved, we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or forgotten cancellation.
7. Failed payments and recovery
Stripe may retry a failed payment and may use permitted account-updater or network services. We may limit paid features while an amount is overdue and restore them after payment. You remain responsible for charges authorized before cancellation.
8. Price or plan changes
We may change subscription features or future prices. When required, we will give advance notice and identify when the change takes effect. Continuing the subscription after the effective date authorizes the new disclosed price; where additional consent is required, we will request it.
9. Confirmation and billing records
We may send checkout, receipt, renewal, failed-payment, and cancellation messages to the email you provide. Keep it current. Your statement may show TestPersonalityQuiz, OptiScale LLC, or a disclosed descriptor. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
10. Consent and dispute evidence
To administer subscriptions and resolve inquiries, refunds, fraud, chargebacks, or legal claims, we may retain the offer shown, disclosure text and hash, policy versions and URLs, consent status and timestamps, introductory and recurring prices, renewal time, checkout attempt and Stripe identifiers, page version, IP hash, user agent, delivery and access records, and cancellation history, subject to our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, affirmative-consent verification is retained for at least three years or one year after the subscription ends, whichever is longer.
11. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal rights
At checkout you request immediate access to the digital report and service. A policy link by itself does not waive a mandatory right. Any waiver or exception applies only when applicable law permits it and the legally required prior express consent, request, and acknowledgment are recorded. For EU/EEA/UK consumers, starting supply may end the withdrawal right for digital content after those steps; service elements retain mandatory rights until fully performed. Korean and Taiwan consumers retain their statutory rights unless every required digital-content exception, notice, and consent condition is satisfied. Where no exception applies, mandatory local law controls, including any proportionate-payment or refund right.
